Building land in the business zone
The subject of sale is land in Makarska with a total area of 2815 m2 in the area of Volicija. The price per m2 is 200 euros. The land is located approximately halfway from Makarska to Tučepi. The land is in the zone of economic use K 1 - 14.
The business purpose is business, administrative, office, commercial and service facilities, as well as smaller production plants (workshops for the production of aluminum, PVC and wooden carpentry, locksmith, lathe and car mechanic workshops, stone-cutting plants, ice cream production plants, glass workshops, concrete plants and for the production of concrete goods, bakeries, plants for processing and storing agricultural products (grapes, olives, figs, etc.), plants for processing fish, etc.), areas for storage, filling and sale of gas, shops, showrooms, shops, warehouses and similar spaces, as well as accompanying catering facilities, etc.
We do not provide the location of the property via email, phone, etc. A tour of the property is possible only with the signature of the Brokerage Agreement, in order to protect the owner's property from visits by unregistered persons, and in accordance with the Data Protection Act and the Act on Brokerage in Real Estate.
The agency commission for the buyer is 2.5% of the achieved price!
All costs are included in the agency commission:
- notary public,
- preparation of preliminary contract and main contract through our lawyer,
- obtaining consent for the purchase of real estate from the Ministry of Justice (for non-EU citizens)
- registrations (court and cadastre),
- transfer of all current obligations (water, electricity, waste removal, maintenance) from the name of the seller to the name of the buyer.
- if you do not have an OIB (tax number in Croatia), we mediate the preparation at the Makarska tax administration.
The commission is paid upon obtaining the title deed in the name of the buyer!
