Standard Business Policy of Our Real Estate Agency
We do not provide pictures of the outside as well as the exact location via e-mail or phone, but organize a viewing of the property after the client has signed our standard agency contract. The signing of this contract is the basic condition on which further activities related to the purchase of real estate continue, and this is all based on the Act on Mediation in Real Estate Transactions and the Act on Data Protection.
The agency commission for the buyer is 3% of the achieved price, which includes the following costs:
- Costs of obtaining consent for property purchase from the Ministry of Justice (for non-EU citizens)
- Notary public fees
- Costs of drafting the preliminary and main contracts through our attorney
- Registration fees (court and land registry)
- Transfer of all current obligations (water, electricity, waste disposal, maintenance) from the seller’s name to the buyer’s name
- If you do not have a Croatian Personal Identification Number (OIB), we will assist in obtaining one at the tax administration office
