- notary public costs,
- drafting of pre-contract and main contract through our lawyer,
- obtaining consent for the purchase of real estate from the Ministry of Justice (for non-EU citizens)
- registration (court and cadastre),
- transfer of all current obligations (water, electricity, waste disposal, maintenance) from the seller's name to the buyer's name.
- we mediate in the division of real estate transfer tax.
