Agency Policy
The standard business policy of our real estate agency is to organize property viewings after the client has signed our standard agency agreement. Signing this agreement is a fundamental condition for proceeding with further activities related to the property purchase. This is in accordance with the Real Estate Brokerage Act and the Data Protection Act.
Agency Fee: 3%
The agency fee for buyers is 3%, which includes:
- Obtaining an OIB (Croatian tax number) at the Makarska tax office
- Notary public fees
- Drafting of the preliminary and main contracts through our attorney
- Obtaining approval from the Ministry of Justice for property purchases (for non-EU citizens)
- Registration in court and cadastre
- Transfer of all current obligations (water, electricity, waste removal, maintenance) from the seller’s name to the buyer’s name
- Assistance with the calculation and payment of real estate transfer tax.
