Agency Policy
The standard business policy of our real estate agency is to organize property viewings after the client has signed our standard agency agreement.   • Obtaining an OIB (Croatian tax number) at the Makarska tax office
  • Notary public fees

  • Obtaining approval from the Ministry of Justice for property purchases (for non-EU citizens)
  • Registration in court and cadastre
  • Transfer of all current obligations (water, electricity, waste removal, maintenance) from the seller’s name to the buyer’s name
  • Assistance with the calculation and payment of real estate transfer tax.
