The standard business policy of our real estate agency is to organize property viewings only after the client signs our standard agency agreement. The agency commission for the buyer is 3%.
The commission includes the following costs: obtaining a Croatian personal identification number (OIB), notary costs, drafting of the preliminary and final contract through our lawyer, obtaining approval for property purchase from the Ministry of Justice (for non-EU citizens), land registry and cadaster registration, transferring all ongoing utility obligations (water, electricity, waste collection, maintenance) from the seller's name to the buyer's name, and assistance in the tax filing process regarding property transfer tax.
