Standard Business Policy of Our Real Estate Agency
Our standard business policy involves organizing property viewings only after the client has signed our standard agency agreement. Signing this agreement is a fundamental prerequisite for proceeding with further activities related to the purchase of the property. This policy is based on the Real Estate Brokerage Act and the Data Protection Act.
The agency commission for the buyer is 3% of the achieved price, which includes the following costs:
- Costs of obtaining consent for property purchase from the Ministry of Justice (for non-EU citizens)
- Notary public fees
- Costs of drafting the preliminary and main contracts through our attorney
- Registration fees (court and land registry)
- Transfer of all current obligations (water, electricity, waste disposal, maintenance) from the seller’s name to the buyer’s name
- If you do not have a Croatian Personal Identification Number (OIB), we will assist in obtaining one at the tax administration office
