The agency commission for the buyer is 2.5% of the agreed price! The agency commission includes all costs:
- Notary public expenses,
- Costs of drafting pre-contract and main contract through our lawyer,
- Costs of obtaining consent for property purchase from the Ministry of Justice (for non-EU citizens),
- Registration costs (court and cadastre),
- Transfer of all current obligations (water, electricity, waste disposal, maintenance) from the seller's name to the buyer's name.
- If you do not have an OIB (tax number in Croatia), we assist in obtaining it from the tax administration in Makarska. The commission is paid upon obtaining the ownership list in the buyer's name!
